POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting all of the major software systems utilized by SVO and will be the first line of support for operational issues and training needs. The primary function is to become the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday as well as support other SVO Software systems. Candidate must be able to configure and troubleshoot Workday as it relates to security and integrations. In addition, the Systems Analyst is responsible for meeting with the business to understand changing business needs and determining how to make the systems support those needs.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Interaction with the internal corporate organizations to identify critical projects needed for their departments (Primarily Human Resources, but will assist Live Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing/Receiving, Warehouse Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Sales as needed).
Develop an understanding of the functions of these organizations and the workers in these organizations in order to make recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the identification of KPIs for the departments and implementation of Data collection, trending, and variance analysis in the BI tool that will be used to document business performance and explain variances to senior management.
Creation of business requirements that are needed for development of any new software functions and the ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
Creation of cross-departmental project teams and project plans and the management of multiple projects in support of the corporate organizations.
Documentation and maintenance of key processes in workflow formats and review of all processes as the business grows and changes.
Perform testing of all new software functions and processes to ensure functionality is worked as needed. This includes the documentation of all results and working with the development teams and/or vendors to get any issues fixed prior to turning over the software to the business for user acceptance testing.
Responsible for following, supporting, and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures.

Workday Security Configuration & Auditing
Workday Integration Configuration & Monitoring
Data Analytics and Reporting
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of directly related experience and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience with Smartsheet for efficient project management
Proficient in MS Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with Business Intelligence systems
Must possess strong analytical skills, and strong written/communication skills.
Familiarity with SQL for database querying and management
Familiarity with JavaScript development for system customization and enhancement
Familiarity with JSON and REST API for data interchange and integration
Other Requirements
Must have fine hand and finger dexterity.
Must have 20/20 corrected vision. Must possess color vision.
Must be able to climb stairs to view processes.
Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
Must be willing to participate on the audit team or safety committee.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work conducted primarily in an office environment but will be required to access the production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wet and chill of the plant. Hearing and eye-protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.
