Support Zalando users 1st and 2nd level IT issues, teach users new IT skills. Work in teams with great people at new stylish and dynamic locations. Opportunities to work on interesting projects and learn new technical skills.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Be involved in all aspects of the day to day technical support of all Zalando users at both the 1st and 2nd support levels

  • Manage incidents, SR's and tutoring requests with a high level of customer contact, both face to face and via remote tools

  • Work independently and as a member the day to day professional running of the helpdesk, ensuring that the high standards of customer support are maintained

  • Work in a dynamic flexible team and be able to provide cover at any of our Berlin sites to empower our users to solve their own issues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven helpdesk experience, able to breakdown an issue and understand the root cause then implement an appropriate fix, excellent customer facing skills

  • Good support understanding of Mac hardware and operating systems, familiarity with Linux is an advantage

  • Working knowledge of Google products including the google suite, scripting experience would be an advantage

  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure and an ability to troubleshoot issues, including knowledge of network printing solutions
