Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support for O365 Management suite (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
Technical assistance to end users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
PC hardware and software support.
Mobile Device support (IOS, Android).
Intermediate Phone and Network Support.
Remote desktop control and support.
Printer support (configuration, driver installs).
Operating system support.
Answering and recording inbound calls and emails requests, resolves customer issues, opens, and takes ownership of problems, and opens requests.
Active directory user creation and maintenance
Participate in the afterhours on call rotation.
Associates Degree required.
Looking for 1-2 years' experience, but willing to train a recent grad or someone looking to change careers and start in IT.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and translate information between technical and non-technical parties.
Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
Understanding of networking and server administration a plus.
Great with computers, tech savvy with a high aptitude for learning technology.
Prior work with Windows Operating systems.
Proficient use of Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team environment; strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are a must.
Solid troubleshooting skills with a desire for continual learning.
Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted.
