Job Overview

The IT Support Technician I position performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provides technical user support assistance both remote and at the desk side.

Minimum Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science (any combination or equivalent).

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support, trouble-shooting, and repair work required.

3.Certified as an "A+ Certified Technician" preferred.

4.Valid California Driver's License, automobile and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.

5.EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred.

Salary Range

$26.13 - $32.55 hourly
