General Purpose of the Position: The Yardi Software Application Specialist will provide operational support to property staff on daily operations in our Yardi software. We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist based out of El Paso, TX or with the ability to travel to El Paso frequently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer Yardi database, create and maintain users, user/property/menu-based security, scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows.

  • Create new properties and completes data conversions using ETLs.

  • Test and implement new Yardi modules.

  • Custom reporting using SSRS, Excel, SQL scripting.

  • Work with interface vendors to establish and maintain Yardi data exchange.

  • Manage Yardi vendor relationship, including purchase authorization and invoice/account management.

  • Compiles and distributes periodic reports.

  • Identify and streamline internal processes, provide project leadership and complete regular system maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot user-submitted system issues utilizing. Escalate issues to Yardi support teams and monitoring ongoing Yardi support.

  • Analyze support tickets and work with department heads to create opportunities for additional training. Assist with end user training and development of training guides.

  • Responsible for all things related to Yardi Systems and any peripheral tools. This includes system administration, functionality development & implementation, custom programming management, data integrity, technical training, and process analysis.

  • Other duties, as assigned.

Support Business Development Team and all Correspondent Division Departments with questions and status updates related to paperwork, services and accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as other Correspondent Division departments, the Federal Reserve Banks, and other service providers as appropriate.
