Responsibilities:

The Client provisioning team is seeking a well-rounded IT candidate to fill a production application support role.
Expectation is that each production support team member has a deep understanding of each applications functionality/flows, logs, database tables, connection pools and configurations.
The job entails monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues on the applications
Troubleshooting production issues, root cause, application administration, automation scripting
Scripting monitoring/alarming, error handling, reporting, and running maintenance events.
This is a production support job so some nights and weekends on-call will be required.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
1-2 years related work experience in an IT support role.
