We are seeking a friendly and personable IT Support Technician who can quickly resolve help desk tickets, set up new equipment and accounts as well as provide ongoing support for office and field staff.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer phone calls for IT support
  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets
  • Setup and troubleshoot iPad equipment
  • Manage over 400 mobile devices (laptops, iPads, etc)
  • Troubleshoot iOS, Mac and Windows systems
  • Setup and manage user accounts in Salesforce
  • Manage Active Directory including setting up new users and global group policies
  • Create, alter and convert documents, pictures and templates
  • Trial new software and participate in beta tests
  • Create IT resources regarding company systems (Walkthroughs, videos, etc.)

Required:

  • HS Diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary $17.00 - $20.00 an hour,Compensation dependent on experience.
