Information Systems Support Specialist

We are a progressive, forward-thinking support and implementation department which leverages cutting edge SaaS applications to help our users and our customers be efficient and successful. We are a Google G Suite shop, use Salesforce Service Cloud for tickets, Logmein for RDP, have Netsuite, Ultipro, & Kronos ERP systems as well as tons of other cool Cloud products and services.

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing great customer service and we offer limited reimbursement for certification classes and testing to encourage our teams to hone their craft and improve their skills and know-how.
You should have at least 3 years experience working successfully with end-users in a call center or PC repair environment and be proficient in troubleshooting & supporting Windows 8/10, printers, wireless routers, network security, AD, & VPN. Your ability to provide support effectively over the phone and by using remote desktop solutions like Logmein is essential. Good multi-tasking, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills are a must as well as the ability to take directives and work effectively with limited supervision.
