Information Systems Support Specialist

Are you ready to take your technical skills and positive, customer service philosophy to the next level? We are a progressive, forward-thinking support and implementation department which leverages cutting edge SaaS applications to help our users and our customers be efficient and successful. We are a Google G Suite shop, use Salesforce Service Cloud for tickets, Logmein for RDP, have Netsuite, Ultipro, & Kronos ERP systems as well as tons of other cool Cloud products and services.

We are interested in finding career-oriented individuals who want to find a long term home to grow their skills, income, & experience in a fast-paced but fun working environment. We are located in Dripping Springs and just recently moved into our newly constructed 50,000+ square foot home office campus on 125+ acres of Texas hill country.

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing great customer service and we offer limited reimbursement for certification classes and testing to encourage our teams to hone their craft and improve their skills and know-how.

You should have at least 3 years experience working successfully with end-users in a call center or PC repair environment and be proficient in troubleshooting & supporting Windows 8/10, printers, wireless routers, network security, AD, & VPN. Your ability to provide support effectively over the phone and by using remote desktop solutions like Logmein is essential. Good multi-tasking, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills are a must as well as the ability to take directives and work effectively with limited supervision.

Position Summary: Experienced administrative professional will provide support of the day-to-day functions within the Contracts services group at the company's corporate office. Full time position, providing support to multiple areas of operation; office administration, contract organization, various ad hoc projects, legal related entity projects, project coordination and customer service; performs responsibilities under supervision. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Assist VP Contract Services: * Part of centralized function that processes contract requests for varying service groups (obtains necessary approvals, signatures, copies, uploading to various drives, data entry, communication, reconciliation, etc.) * Update and maintain salesforce database of contractual terms * Work closely and contribute among team developing & maintaining policies and procedures for the Contracts department * Mail/FedEx/track and own responsibility for shipment of contracts * Collect/scan/file/organize contracts in applicable file locations to promote effective contract management * Process internal/external communication to clients for notification of applicable contract status * Provide support for all contract related administrative & reporting requests * Assist with miscellaneous finance related administrative & reporting requests * Assist sales/marketing administrative requests such as RFP questions * Assist with contract changes, addenda, renewals, new agreements and support template creation in HotDocs software Assist Legal department: Entity and business license filings/tracking/report summaries * Assist with set-up, filing and structure of all company organization articles * Submit A/P check requests as needed * Other projects as requested Administrative Ad Hoc: * Perform administrative functions such as obtaining signatures, document scanning, distribution, and general filing. Desired skills: * 1-3 years related experience; previous contracts experience and/or entry level paralegal experience preferred * Tech-savvy and excellent analytical skills * Understands basic/standard boilerplate contract terms * Possesses organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking, superior reading comprehension, thorough editing skills in both word & adobe (grammar & format), basic excel and Google applications * Strong data entry skills and avid user of a database (Salesforce specifically) * Some experience with template creation software (HotDocs specifically) * Performs with minimal supervision (this position's direct report works remotely) * Ability to manage multiple projects, cross functioning within contracts/legal * Professional demeanor for acting as a liaison between contracts VP and operational executives * Team attitude; willing to work independently, cooperative and willing to learn and understand the company's executive hierarchy, account and billing structure * Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner * Rapid turnaround in a fast-paced environment HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to workplace diversity.
