IT Support Specialist- Front End Application duties include:
Provide technical leadership to internal and external IT team members
Drive efficiency of current system processes
Analyze existing processes and provide and implement recommendations that will result in higher quality and faster processes
Analyze data and apply critical thinking in order to develop processes and information
Perform technical analysis to identify root cause of issues
Work with Business Analysts to identify and document business requirements
Analyze system requirements and documents system data flow
Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions
Conduct cost and effort analysis of proposed solutions and integration work
Travel up to 80% On-site to Coborn's Inc. Locations
Overnight stays based on business needs
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include overnight stays
The IT Support Specialist- Front End Applications requires:
Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or related field.
Minimum of 5 years related experience developing and supporting systems in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred 2+ years of IT retail experience.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Effective communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, both orally and in written form.
Demonstrated ability as a functional expert and technical lead.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
Experience working with POS, ordering, pharmacy, and workforce management systems preferred.
Strong system analysis and design skills.
Self Starter/Self Motivated to look at tasks/work orders and schedule accordingly to priority
Ability to be flexible with priority changes as business needs change
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs regularly
