Under the direction of the Information Services Director support the entire Crotched Mountain end user community for computer and phone hardware, software, network connectivity, e-mail, and any other necessary Help Desk support.


  • Bachelor Science degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years in an IT support role involving hardware, software, networking, and IP phone systems

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving

  • Effective communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks


  • Monday Friday 8:00-4:30
  • Occasional off-hours may be required


  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite

  • Computer hardware diagnostics and repair

  • Network Hardware

  • VPN and Remote Desktop management

  • Management of mobile devices

  • Windows Active Directory

  • Phone equipment diagnostics and repair

  • End user training


First-Level Help Desk End User Support

  • Receive calls or work orders and respond with technical assistance

  • Evaluate and assign work order in work order tracking system

Core Responsibilities * Process and submit insurance claims to all of our customers * Analyze and verify all dates of service and billed amounts * Verify client data for completeness and accuracy prior to billing cycle to ensure excellent customer service * Communicate with patients by telephone and email in regards to their insurance and/or billing questions * Research missing and incomplete information resulting in billing errors and denials * Address insurance, reimbursement, and payment issues as appropriate by communicating with insurance providers, patients, and pharmacists * Perform all other adjustments in a timely manner to reconcile accounts and completing unbilled reconciliations on a weekly basis * Resolve insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes and pharmacy or shipping errors * Complete prior authorizations with attention to detail and accuracy, then have the prepared prior authorization reviewed by a clinical pharmacist * Perform other tasks assigned while working in a fast paced environment * Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours including weekends Basic Qualifications * High school or equivalent diploma * New Hampshire State Board of Pharmacy License in good standing (This includes Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses) * 6+ months of experience working with computer and web based tools * 6 + months of experience working in billing * Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications Preferred Qualifications * National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) * Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member * Strong organization skills and attention to detail * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Salary * $17.15/hourly Shifts * Sunday-Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm OR 11:30am-8:00pm * Sunday-Wednesday 8:00am-6:30pm OR 9:30am-8:00pm * Wednesday-Saturday 8:00am-6:30pm OR 9:30am-8:00pm * Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm OR 11:30am-8:00pm Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
