The Digital Business & Transformation division is looking for an IT Support Analyst - Opera (Property Management System)
As a member of the Global Support Team this role will provide first and second level support to all hotels, corporate associates and sales teams worldwide. This position will specialize in Opera PMS support and will assist with the day to day administration and analysis of the Opera PMS environment. The Support Analyst will review incoming issues and identify reoccurring or anticipated problems to document, communicate and/or prevent on a global level.
Logs, categorizes, prioritizes, assigns, escalates and troubleshoots all requests/activities for tracking and visibility
Reports daily to the Corporate Director of Global Support
Monitors and analyses all Opera PMS related issues to identify reoccurring trends/issues
Finds resolution for global issues, documents fixes and distributes globally to local IT resources
Follows escalation and commun
