IT Support Engineer 2
Someone who comes from a tech support or help desk or escalations engineer background and worked their way up. Or someone who comes from a system engineer background
They get to be part of new buildings where they put together massive infrastructures so its really exciting for engineers. Great place to start your career at this company.
This is an IT Generalist Support Role
Networking, Linux, Windows Support
Not looking for any particular expertise, but must have good knowledge in most areas
Networking is the main aspect that should be focused on
Most of the buildings are run by thousands of robots, so must need to be strong with networking b/c the robots require it. These are cutting edge technology warehouses
They are okay with someone who is stronger in Networking than on the servers side
Must understand routing, vLANs and overall networking
Experience with server side is a very strong
Admin level expertise is needed
No college degree is required, but certifications are needed

    Generally M-F day shift job
    On occasion if there is a major project they may need to adjust
    On occasion maintenance takes place early in the morning
    Environment
    On the floor a lot, good amount of walking around touring the floor and seeing how things are going
    Engineers help put together new infrastructure
    Warehouse environment
