Charles F. Day & Associates, is currently seeking individuals interested in contingent positions at Ft. Sill, OK. Positions are contingent upon contract and TO awards. Anticipated awards dates begin May 2018.

Location: Ft. Sill, OK

Clearance: Minimum Secret Clearance

Travel: 25%

Summary:
Provide Information Technology (IT) support for computer systems and security for all Army Information Systems, located in the office and classroom spaces provided for the JFO course functions.

Duties:

  • Manage the installation and tear-down of resident and MTT IT equipment required for students attending all JFO Courses.

  • Develop back-up procedures for recovery from loss or destruction of data and program files or from physical damage to the installation.

  • Perform analytical, evaluation, and maintenance duties in support of LAN administration and LAN system components to include servers, desktop/laptop workstation configuration, PC, software, and peripherals that support the operations of the PF facilities

  • Be proficient in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and 8, Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and associated Precision Fires hardware and software

  • Accomplish accreditation and certification IAW NETCOM Information Assurance Security Officer Requirements upon start and maintains all accreditations and certifications thereafter.

  • Perform website maintenance and knowledge management for the JFO Course. Website maintenance includes the SIPR and NIPR versions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' relevant experience

  • CompTIA Security+

  • CompTIA A+ certification

  • Completion of one Computer Environment (CE) MCITP- Windows 7 configuration test certification

Special preference given to candidates who live in a Hub Zoned area.

Sill, OK Clearance: Minimum Secret Clearance Travel: 25% Summary: Develop study and analysis plans to include timelines and deliverables to support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), studies and analysis, and cost benefit analysis (C-BA). The study and analysis plans will be reviewed and used by the FCoE to ensure a thorough, logical step by step methodology is used to provide guidance and direction to the analyst(s) during studies and analysis projects. Duties: * Perform analyses in support of Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA). * Conduct tradeoff analysis, identifying criteria to be used and determining the attributes of each alternative to be compared for use by the designated Government decision authority. * Conduct trade space analysis to determine what capability is required compared to the cost and risk. * Conduct sensitivity analysis to determine if a lower capability still meets requirements but generates a lower cost at an acceptable level of risk. * Perform materiel requirements analytic support. * Perform studies and analyses to refine operational concepts and system specific requirements. * Conduct or support Acquisition Category (ACAT) I and II Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs) with COEs and the TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC). * Perform ACAT III and IV AoAs. * Perform Training Effectiveness Analyses (TEA). * Develop study and analysis plans to include timelines and deliverables to support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), studies and analysis, and cost benefit analysis (C-BA). The study and analysis plans will be reviewed and used by the FCoE to ensure a thorough, logical step by step methodology is used to provide guidance and direction to the analyst(s) during studies and analysis projects. * Perform Cost Benefit Analyses (C-BA). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Previous experience performing analysis of Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA). * Knowledge of how to perform the following: * ACAT III * IV AoAs * Training Effectiveness Analyses (TEA) * Cost Benefit Analyses (C-BA) * Able to produce and create reports verbal and written. * Previous experience conducting a briefing.
