IT Support Associate, School of Business
The School of Business is looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Support Associate to work on a team supporting the school's IT needs. This entry-level position offers training opportunities as well as experience in a fast-paced help desk environment. This position is not a programming/development job. This is a part-time wage position. Assist in office moves, which includes moving desktop computers and computer accessories;
Delivering paper and other printer supplies;
Maintaining printers across all School departments and areas;
Organizing and cataloging equipment inventory;
Other duties as assigned.
This is a 25 hour per week position. The chosen candidate must be able to work 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Excellent customer service skills;
Good organization skills - prior inventory experience a plus;
Ability to work independently;
Due to the physical requirements this job entails, the chosen candidate should be able to lift at least 30 pounds comfortably.
