IT Support Analyst

Piper Companies is searching for an IT Support Analyst to work onsite in Marcus Hook, PA for a leader in fuel energy. The IT Support Analyst will provide Tier 1 technical support to end users.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst include:

• Assist with hardware/software issues, upgrades, and installations

• Manage desktop and application support

• Help configuring VoIP devices, and addressing Tier I internal tickets

• Participate in departmental and inter-departmental project teams and committees regarding planning, purchasing, and implementing information technology devices and services

Qualifications for the IT Support Analyst include:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related experience

• 2-3 years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience

• Working knowledge of application software to assess problems in the execution of applications

• Working knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and communication hardware

• A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred

• Willingness to learn and advance in their career

Compensation for the IT Support Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)
