Im working with a growing company in Chester County that is looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their team. This person will be working alongside two Senior Analysts and assisting in day to day end user support. This is an all Windows environment so this person should be comfortable imaging laptops and desktops as well as troubleshooting hardware. This person will be using a ticketing system, so experience with that is critical
This is an extremely fast paced environment so they need someone who is ready to step up and take on a new challenge. They want someone who is proactive and eager to learn, because this opportunity is a great learning opportunity.
Required Skills & Experience

Windows Desktop/Laptop Experience
Experience working with Ticketing Systems (Maximo)
Experience Imaging desktop/laptops with SCCM
Strong Break Fix Experience
Hardware Support Experience
Active Directory Level 1 & 2 Support
Desired Skills & Experience

VoIP Experience (Avaya)
Networking Knowledge
SCCM Experience

The Offer

Competitive Pay: Up to $25.00/hour, DOE
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
