Role:

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support as it relates to technology for all restaurant systems, which includes, but is not limited to the Point of Sale hardware and software, network equipment, telephones, printers, desktop support and Back Office systems used by company owned and franchise locations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and email support to restaurants, corporate office and field employees.

  • Document, track and monitor incident tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalate as needed.

  • Research issues utilizing help desk tools, knowledge base and vendor partners.

  • Create and update knowledge base articles.

  • Install, support and maintain computer desktops, laptops, printers and any related hardware and software.

  • Create, maintain and disable user accounts in business and restaurant systems.

  • Support current phone system to include adding, removing and changing phone extensions and creating voicemail accounts.

  • Assist in project implementations, testing and documentation.

  • Monitor system notification alerts and take appropriate action and follow-up.

  • Resolve technical issues with restaurant systems within defined SLAs and document root cause and resolution. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Perform backups and recover of data.

  • Perform system upgrades and patching.

  • Provide Level 1 Help Desk support for Point of Sale and Back Office computer systems

  • Provide Level 1 Help Desk support for all telephone systems and internet systems at restaurants.

  • Interface with Level 2 Help Desk support personnel for all partner vendors.

  • Develop and maintain support documentation as it pertains to company-wide IT.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports for company-wide data mining.

Requirements outside of culture fit:

  • Associate degree or equivalent business/industry training and experience required.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support role required.

  • Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results. Strong organizational skills imperative.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Active Directory and Outlook

  • Experience with supporting Aloha Point of Sale, EDC, Aloha Takeout, KDS, Online Ordering, Aloha Command Center

  • Must have flexibility to work varying scheduled shifts in an 18 hour operation.

  • A+ and Network + certifications preferred.

Frequently under pressure of restaurant up-time while coordinating multiple sites. Continuously utilizes eye/hand coordination, manual/bi-manual dexterity, near vision, color definition, speech and hearing. Frequently walks, stands, sits, lifts and/or carries up to 5 lbs. Occasionally walks on uneven surfaces, lifts and/or carries up to 50 lbs., reaches above shoulders, bends. Works in both an office environment and occasionally in the restaurant. Required to sit for long periods of time.

Hours will vary in accordance with business necessity including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Job requires some travel. Job requires 24/7/365 carrying of cell phone and laptop computer.

Under guidance of the HR Tier I Manager, you will be responsible for administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and provides guidance to employees regarding HR policies and programs through incoming calls and service tickets. This role maintains and updates employee information in our HCM, to include performance evaluations, employee history, and organizational changes, and will maintain updated process documentation to be stored on our HR Portal, and completes tasks within Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. Additionally, you will provide data to leadership related to headcount, labor costs, and other related employee data. Supports weekly metric assessments and identifies trends and provides data to the HR Shared Services Quality Manager. Responds to queries to provide management with updated employee information. Supports significant change management and/or reorganization initiatives. Provides feedback to COEs about program and policy effectiveness. Role and Responsibilities * First point of contact for employees, managers, and HRBPs for HR and system inquires * First escalation point for complex inquiries to appropriate SME groups * Hands on support for rolling out and managing HR projects and programs with a focus on operational excellence. * Oversees on-boarding of new hires to ensure an effective on-boarding experience. * Leads a team of 3 to 4 contractors and supports them with escalated complex requests * Monitors incoming requests in SSC SR System and assigns to appropriate SSC members * Vendor Manager for Unemployment/Employment Verifications * Responds to complex unemployment/employment verification claims * Collaborates with our SDSA IT partners for root cause analysis and process alignment to ensure positive employee experience * Provides general HR administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence and business partners across North America (reorganizations and quarterly data validations) * Meets defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR process, policy and systems inquiries * Assists in the continuous development and improvement of HR information and processes * Supports ad hoc projects and activities related to HR department Skills and Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent with 6-10 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's Degree in related field (HR, OD, or Business) with 3-5 years of experience is required * Knowledge of government regulations, professional "best practices", and industry trends as they apply to all HR related functions and responsibilities preferred * Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft business applications software (Excel, Word, Outlook), Payroll software packages (UltiPro), Workday HCM software, or other HRIS systems * Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to diffuse difficult situations and remain calm and professional.
