Job Description

This role partners with Infrastructure and Application operational teams,assists operational support teams, and ensures maximum availability by providing technical guidance for problem escalations. Designs and implements integrated systems solutions to technical and business problems at both tactical and operational levels.

Researches / debugs / analyzes problems, plans / models solutions, and presents software and systems solutions while collaborating with and guiding other Information Technology (IT) associates. Works closely with suppliers and customers to ensure business or technical requirements are fulfilled in a quality manner.

Required Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelors

Required Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Experience with Azure, Active Directory, M365 Admin (Sharepoint, TEAMS, Exchange), Windows and Linux Server Administration (Server patching), Domain Controllers

Preferred Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Experience with DNS and DHCP, SAP Experience

Preferred Qualifications

CCNP or CCIE professional certification desired
