Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale projects, cross-divisional, highly technical and complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrix environment. Drive technology projects from concept to implementation.
Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create accurate and inclusive estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and produce Project Charters and other documentation needed for funding approvals. Provides technical leadership to others.
Manages large, complex cross-functional, cross product domain projects.
Autonomously capable of delivering projects in one or more product domains.
Communicate project issues and risks in a manner suitable to the audience of technical team, stakeholder and senior management.
Demonstrate skills in conflict management and negotiation to achieve project goals and develop trust with stakeholders.
Ability to recognize and raise concerns on a service / product / platform level and leverage working experience / relationships to resolve more autonomously.
Direct project activities, conduct reviews, manage risk mitigation, issues, project schedule and change control processes.
Identify and manage dependencies across the Information Services portfolio.
Ensure that all projects (waterfall and agile) comply with Client' s Project Management Methodology and Key Controls.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects.
Minimum of 5 years managing software development or infrastructure projects.
PMP/Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
Financial services and card payments experience is a plus.

We are looking for a senior leader to lead the overall Space's Labor Relations (LR) organization under the direction of both the Space HR/LR Director and Corporate LR Director responsible for Space. The position will have responsibility to strategize and guide the labor contract negotiations and administration for all collective bargaining agreements across 8 geographically dispersed sites. The leader is expected to lead a team of strategic LR representatives to partner in a positive and collaborative manner with our unions. (IAM, UAW, IUOE, IBEW, SPFPA). In addition, this position will be responsible for leading our positive employee relations and union avoidance activities. The selected individual requires a strong capability to anticipate client needs and proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside the LR organization, while serving as a change agent and coach. The ability to advise and collaborate with key stakeholders in the development and execution of LR strategy to solve complex matters for clients is a must. Specific responsibilities include: * Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and provide advice and counsel to line management. * Partner and fully integrate with HR & business leadership to address business needs and to resolve employee matters. * Manage all represented personnel transactions, wage administration, grievance administration, investigations, and other daily operations of the Labor Relations function. * Assure that labor relations policies are in compliance with NLRB, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other workforce management laws and regulations. * Partner with peers and Corporate Labor Relations executive leadership to develop strategic direction of the organization and identify opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of Labor Relations practitioners. * Lead and support Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations, including a chief spokesperson capacity. * Interface and partner with union officials in a collaborative and trusting manner Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of 10 years of experience in varied HR assignments, including 6 years of Labor Relations experience * Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, HR or related discipline * Experience preparing, developing and presenting executive level briefings * Demonstrated successful project leadership experience across full lifecycle * Willingness to travel to various geographic locations * Capability to serve as a chief spokesperson and company point of contact with one or more labor unions * Familiar with grievance procedure administration including settlement negotiations and contribution toward preparation of arbitration presentations * Ability to interact effectively in an environment with conflict * Previous leadership experience * Experience interfacing with a variety of employee levels, including executives * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Desired Skills: * Broad Human Resource & Labor Relations background, including experience in one or more Centers of Excellence (COE) * Familiarity with Space Industry * Master's degree in related discipline, SHRM, Labor Relations and/or LM 21 Green Belt certifications * Demonstrated experience motivating and developing others * Experience serving as a chief spokesperson or 1st Chair and company point of contact with one or more labor unions * Previous experience and interface with IAM and UAW unions * Ability to build effective relationships and partner with business leaders to influence labor relations practices * Capability to influence and develop credibility among functional and program leadership, union leadership, and colleagues * Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective listening skills * Proficient with LMPeople or PeopleSoft software * Full Spectrum Leadership Skills BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
