Salem Media Group in Maitland, FL has an excellent opportunity for an IT Specialist. Have you ever wondered what the inside of the book publishing process really looks like? Salem Author Services, a Christian publishing company, is hiring a full-time addition to their staff. This role acts as an IT Specialist for the SAS team.

Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will be responsible for:

• In-office IT needs such as distributing pre-configured equipment to employees, direct basic end-user support, performing and maintaining IT asset inventory.

• Routine maintenance for WordPress websites.

• Overseeing our phone system, currently RingCentral, for direct end-user support, routine updates, and creating training and use documentation.

• Supporting our sales and marketing teams by managing our Salesforce, Pardot, and Calendar scheduling accounts. Tasks include setting up new users, attending and holding routine or new feature trainings, and troubleshooting end-user issues.

• Routine office tasks like managing office Wifi, troubleshooting printers/copier, meeting vendors on-site, etc.

• Assisting with report development using PHP and MySQL

• Basic 3rd party application integration

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system

• Experience in basic IT systems including phone systems and WiFi

• Basic experience integrating 3rd party APIs

• Basic experience with PHP application development

• Basic experience with MySQL database administration

Position is Full-Time in the Maitland office
