Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the Corona Classified Research and Development Test and Evaluation Network (CCRN) Program Manager (PM) or as the Lead Information Technology (IT) Architect for the CCRN.

  • You will serve as the senior technical expert and provide guidance to lower level staff members on difficult or unusual assignments.

  • You will represent the organization in various technical meetings that may have an impact on command wide policies.

  • You will collaborate within the organization and with outside entities to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Per 5 CFR 335.103(c)(3)(v), this is a non-competitive reassignment opportunity open to those qualified who hold (or have held) a position equivalent to (or higher than) an NT-04 (GS-9/10 equivalent) or NT-05 (GS-11/12 equivalent) on a permanent basis in the competitive service.

For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled.
