Conduct individual and group training sessions, demonstrate how to use computer programs, and analyze and evaluate training program outlines, training manuals, instructions, reference manuals, and other materials. Provide training on computerized applications, support older technology during transition phases, and test new equipment, software, and technologies for replacement. Monitor and distribute help desk calls and assist with report programming. Analyze the development of high-level system design diagrams, program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, conduct quality assurance reviews, and evaluate existing and new software products. Install, operate, configure, diagnose, and repair computers, software, and peripheral equipment, monitor the activity and components of data communications networks, and identify software and hardware malfunctions. Determine user needs and problems, comprehend program requirements, develop effective solutions, and prepare documentation materials.
5 years of experience as an IT specialist
Knowledge of computers and peripheral equipment, including operating systems, basic operation functions, system and memory configurations, and software
BA or BS degree
DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills, including strict attention to detail
BA or BS degree in Information Systems, CS, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
