Position Summary:

The IT Specialist will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure. The main objective is to ensure that the systems and networks operate smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing new software and hardware components.

• Regularly evaluating company IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

• Completing network administration tasks.

• Ensuring data storage is secure.

• Resolving all internal IT systems and software issues.

• Educating employees in network security and best practices for computer usage.

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's computer network.

• Assisting in researching and selecting the best software and hardware for the company's needs.

• Initiating, managing, and troubleshooting company's internal and external technology and communication systems used to maintain company networks.

• Maintaining the computer's hardware, software updates and network communications.

Required Skills:

Strong technical background in network administration, system integration, and user support.

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
