Skills:

• Complex troubleshooting in a mission critical production environment.
• IT Customer Service/Problem Management Resolution experience.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years experience required.

Skills Required:

Ansible automation: 4 - 6 Years

CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket: 4 - 6 Years

experience in an Incident Management and Change management environment: 4 - 6 Years

Linux Administration: 4 - 6 Years

OpenShift/Kubernetes: 4 - 6 Years
