YOUR PROJECT

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) is a Capgemini department that comprehensively realises end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading IT technologies and management methods.

We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, Low-Code, broadly understood automation and AI.

The complexity and diversity of solutions allows, on the one hand, to build close relationships with clients on various levels, and on the other hand, employees have the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in Agile and Lean Software Engineering practices.

YOUR TASKS

• Providing ongoing operational support for applications and systems;

• Infrastructure monitoring of applications and systems;

• Solving complex, non-standard problems through proactive troubleshooting;

• Identify opportunities to improve overall system performance, availability and reliability;

• Removing security gaps in systems and services;

• Providing technical leadership;

• Openness to new challenges and willingness to learn new technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a master's, engineer's or bachelor's degree;

• You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell);

• You are familiar with aspects of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, SSH, etc.);

• You are familiar with the field of software engineering and system integration;

• You have experience in logging and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus etc.);

• You have experience in leading teams in troubleshooting, resolving issues;

• You have knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps (CI/CD) principles and practices;

• You have knowledge of Cloud Computing;

• You use English communicatively.
