Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an IT Site Engineer, Jr. to contribute to our team in Jackson, TN. This person will provide systems administration support for the design, configuration, installation and maintenance of Lightning Source (LSI) systems and technology components. They'll support our new data center while also acting as technical support for users at the facility. There will be periodic travel to La Vergne, TN so this person must be comfortable with up to 15% travel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, be a self-starter, and be comfortable working independently. This role will also require constant walking around the facility and occasional lifting of heavy equipment.

Provide datacenter hardware and software support.
Ensure local site maintains adequate spare parts for datacenter and end user needs as it pertains to IT.
Provide technical support services, including regular rotations as the On-Call Rep.
Meet regularly with site supervisor for planning and review.
Monitor production systems to ensure maximum up-time and performance by utilizing monitoring software and regular datacenter walkthroughs.
