A week in the life of an IT Services Lead:
Design and Development: You create technical specifications and architectural blueprints for software applications. These serve as the guiding framework for developers during the implementation phase.
Code Reviews: You conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality standards and adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, you understand business needs and translate them into robust application designs.
Scalability and Adaptability: You ensure that applications can evolve seamlessly to meet changing business requirements.
Integration: You focus on the compatibility and seamless integration of software components.
Streamlining Processes: By automating tasks, you enhance efficiency and save valuable time for recruiters and applicants.
Azure: provide support for compute, network, and storage issues on both AWS and Azure.
Design and implement machine learning models.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree
11+ years technical experience
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and development frameworks.
Business Acumen: Understanding of organizational goals and how technology supports them.
Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders, developers, and team members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex challenges and find elegant solutions.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
