Requirements

To be considered for the position of IT Service Technician for an MSP at ONE2ONE Inc., you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in IT service desk support or a similar IT role
• Familiarity with MSP operations (preferred)
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of different operating systems
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration
• Experience in user administration in MS Exchange
• Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking
