Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Representative on a critical mission supporting The Department of the Navy, on a 5+ year federal contract based out of New Orleans, LA. The Enterprise Service Desk representative provide end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Salary: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 *depending on experience

Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.

Clearance: Active Secret or higher

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Service Desk Representative Include:

  • Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.

  • Execute scripts and answer calls.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.

  • Open and close tickets.

  • Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

  • Experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT.

Qualifications for the Enterprise Service Desk Representative Include:

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • 1 - 3+ Years of IT Experience (including: work, school, military, side jobs, etc.)

  • Ability/Experience with troubleshooting, support for IT Devices,

  • Laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, software installs/support, device re-imaging, etc.

  • Geek squad experience

  • Utilized ticketing systems such as Remedy in the past

  • IAT II Certification

o Qualifying certificates: Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP, CCNP Security, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
