The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating Unitil Corporation's provision of information technology services to it's employee base and their use of company issued technology devices and the applicatiions that run on those devices. This position supports the standardization, quality, and optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) with the goal to improve services provided to Unitil end users and ultimately Unitil customers. This is a key position in the training, operation, and ongoing improvement of an ITIL framework that aligns wtih Unitil. The IT Serivce Delivery Manager will coordinate structured processes used by the IT Infratructure department to provide and manage services within the organization such as ITIL processes, including: Service Operations, Change Management, the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and other duties asassigned.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background with desktops, servers, telecommunications, and networks.
ITIL Foundation Certification Required
Relevant technical certifications preferred
Prior experience with KACE preferred
Experience with various personal computer business application software products.
In depth experience with various versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Exchange and Active Directory.
Strong familiarity with system and lifecycle management software.
Four or more years experience in a related business environment.
Individual must posses a high degree of efficiency and organization, keen attention to detail, and be self motivated.
