Position Overview:

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our clients. You will coordinate service requests, manage client communications, and collaborate with our technical team to resolve issues efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to service requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments with clients and technical staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates, and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Monitor service tickets and escalate issues when needed to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide status updates, gather information, and meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Monitor technicians' schedules to ensure accurate and prompt arrival times.
  • Handle incoming phone calls related to sales opportunities, working with customers and sales representatives to handle pre- and post-sale activities.
  • Develop knowledge about each customer's business, requirements, and network.
  • Become familiar with training materials related to job tasks and requirements.
  • Maintain a competent understanding of our company's capabilities and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Service Coordination/Dispatch, IT, or other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and essential IT tools.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
