Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
As the IT Workstream lead in the Order-to-Cash pillar, this role plays a critical part in the planning and delivery of Ocean Spray's technology transformation journey. This is an exciting time to join Ocean Spray at the start of our journey, providing the candidate the opportunity to blueprint and drive change in a Greenfield Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP SD/OTC Lead will have a deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes that are critical to our business operations. Leveraging this knowledge and in partnership with the OTC Business Workstream Lead, the IT Lead will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of an optimized, integrated, automated solution. They work closely with their fellow SAP IT Leads, Business Workstream Leads, and System Integrators. In addition, they will work in partnership with enabling teams such as technology (development, integrations) data, security, testing and organizational change management to deliver a Best-in-Class integrated solution.
Post-transformation, this role will be the Order-to-Cash Lead and a critical team member of our SAP COE, working with key business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects and programs that support our business strategy and provide value to the cooperative. You will be adept and come with a Product mindset in architecture and engineering while enabling the continuous flow of value through improvements to process and design that will support Ocean Sprays future growth.
A Day in the Life...
As an integral and respected leader within the ERP transformation program team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
IT SAP SD/OTC Lead Responsibilities:
Co-Develop OTC workstream plan
Co-Leads workstream design efforts
Collaborates with other solution integration and business leads to ensure end-to-end processes are appropriately designed and supported by technology
Provide input and oversight of design/build cycle plans
Co-Facilitates workstream status meetings, daily stand-up meetings, design/build reviews/retrospectives and participate in cross workstream meetings
Identify and document business requirements/user stories
Provide input to Cutover Plan
Co-Lead and assist in execution of Test Plan and defect identification & resolution
Assist in design of future-state business processes
Perform cross-module, end-to-end process integration
Support change management team in understanding impacts of system and process changes
Review and provide input to training and communications content
Contribute to the standardization of reports, processes, and data definitions/attributes
Work with conversion team to provide direction for data cleansing and validation
Manages workload & tracks capacity of SAP OTC Functional Analyst(s)
Technical Skills/Responsibilities:
Perform as functional expert for the SAP SD & International Trade/GTS modules, leading all technical aspects of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, solution definition, build, testing, deployment, and support
Drive process and solution standardization leveraging SAP best practices and industry templates
Accountable for system integrations to/from SAP SD & International Trade/GTS modules, including intersections with other SAP modules & EDI
Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation hypercare support
Oversee/Govern production support and act as point of escalation for critical break/fix issues within SAP SD & International Trade/GTS
Post-Implementation, collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver enhancements within SAP SD & International Trade/GTS
Work with the business and product managers from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Order-to-Cash and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with key Supply Chain stakeholders and end users leveraging deep business and functional knowledge to drive strategic IT and business initiatives
Identify cost savings initiatives, automation and drive innovative thinking across OTC domain
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on, solution leadership and implementation experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (GTS a plus), preferred experience with SAP/S4 HANA
Industry experience within CPG highly preferred
Basic knowledge of EDI is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt industry best practices in terms of business processes and technology solutions.
Strong business acumen within order management function, and other supply chain execution functions, including transportation planning and warehouse management
Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams effectively
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
