Simmons IT Resource Management Analyst
The IT Resource Management Analyst acts as an interface between the IT organization and Human Resources to provide coordination of IT staffing, onboarding, training, performance monitoring and IT employee relations. The IT Resource Management Analyst is responsible for communication within IT, training coordination, and manages the full IT employee Onboarding experience. The IT Resource Management Analyst will help to maintain and track staffing levels for the IT Business Office with IT managers and provide interface support to HR with job descriptions, roles and responsibilities and IT Business Office budget impact. The IT Resource Management Analyst position is based at our Little Rock AR. River Market office.
Administer Individual Development Plan program within IT Department
Point person for all department-wide written and verbal communication shared within IT Department
Manage and maintain IT Staffing pipeline with on-going status reports and regular communication
Coordination with HR regarding open positions, job definitions, backfills and onboarding
Coordination with IT Business office on finance & budget impact and forecasting staffing requirements
Administer the IT Simmons Sidekick program for onboarding of new IT hires, including computer, software access, initial onboarding training and on-going assistance
Coordinate with HR to ensure understanding of development needs of IT staff for certification training within Simmons standards
Maintain the budget and pipeline for all IT Training as well as forecasting future needs for IT associates
Arrange for regular surveys and provide an executive level dashboard to IT Leadership to present results
Create and distribute a quarterly IT Newsletter
Maintain discretion always with confidential and sensitive information
Required Specialized Skills
Ability to operate with minimal oversight and exercise excellent judgement
Exceptional client service skills and ability to proactively work with leadership to address challenges
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related analytical discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to prioritize with changing demands
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), with ability to drive tasks to completion
Self-motivated, capable of maintaining progress, escalating appropriately and communicating status
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must work with a high degree of integrity working both independently and with associates
Prior experience with Individual Development Plan's highly desired
