Develop a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by tapping into a variety of different sources including candidate databases, job boards, networking events, referrals, social media channels, etc.
Maintain strong relationships with qualified IT talent in order to fully understand what really makes them tick and match them with the right client.
Conduct pre-screens, interviews, reference checks, candidate submittals, interview prep and debrief, client interaction and continued candidate contact while on assignment
Position yourself as a "problem solver" with the goal in mind of helping clients be successful by providing them with the most qualified talent possible
Ensure successful placements by consulting with candidates on navigating the interview process; negotiating pay and position expectations; and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction.
Partner with the delivery and sales teams
Contribute ideas to the team that fosters continual growth and evolution
Collaborate with other recruiters and account managers to prioritize job requirements
Must This position requires:
2+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting of Information Technology consultants that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates for projects nationwide.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met.
Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential.
Should be a self-starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk
