We have immediate openings for IT technical recruiters.

If you have:

  • 2 + years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask your desk across technologies & industries.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • A successful track record of candidate relationship building, negotiating & closing.

  • Exceptionally proficient with creative search techniques, popular job portals & software.

  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment under dead-lines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are vital for this role.


  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by tapping into a variety of different sources including candidate databases, job boards, networking events, referrals, social media channels, etc.

  • Maintain strong relationships with qualified IT talent in order to fully understand what really makes them tick and match them with the right client.

  • Conduct pre-screens, interviews, reference checks, candidate submittals, interview prep and debrief, client interaction and continued candidate contact while on assignment

  • Position yourself as a "problem solver" with the goal in mind of helping clients be successful by providing them with the most qualified talent possible

  • Ensure successful placements by consulting with candidates on navigating the interview process; negotiating pay and position expectations; and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction.

  • Partner with the delivery and sales teams

  • Contribute ideas to the team that fosters continual growth and evolution

  • Collaborate with other recruiters and account managers to prioritize job requirements


Must This position requires:

  • 2+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting of Information Technology consultants that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates for projects nationwide.

  • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met.

  • Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential.

  • Should be a self-starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk

Project Summary: In the position of Sourcing Recruiter for Expert Velocity, you will be integral in growing the business. Point B is expanding offerings in the areas of core project management, project coordination and business analysis in 2019 and beyond. You will be identifying, vetting, and onboarding to work on project based engagements. You will ensure candidates have a positive experience, and run the recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner. In addition, you will be helping to create and shape the operational processes for this new offering. You must have exceptional attention to detail, be a team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and successfully manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: * Manage candidate sourcing by Identify target candidate profiles, drive talent attraction, and achieve hiring needs. Source opportunistically for near term demand across Point B geographies & collaborate with customers to determine highest priority needs and areas of upcoming demand. * Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and help facilitate candidate decision-making process. Conduct resume screens, phone screens, informational interviews, and schedule any additional interviews as needed. * Positively represent Expert Velocity and Point B to candidates and stakeholders. * Facilitate collection of necessary employment documentation & provide new contractors with needed information about new engagement, working at Expert Velocity, and answer any questions. * Contribute to contractor database and conduct research and data analysis as needed, ensuring data is correct and accurate. * Assist with general activities by identifying, raising and managing resolution of issues, improving processes, and continuously bring forward ideas to make Expert Velocity a growing, thriving destination for contractors What we expect you've already done: * 3+ years relevant experience in recruiting, interviewing, and/or consulting.
