The IT Recruiter will help Lead Technology Talent Acquisition efforts for Copart. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the candidate will drive innovation and assessment of Talent Acquisition practices while identifying and recruiting the very best technical talent to facilitate Copart's growth strategy.


  • Provide IT hiring managers with multiple sources of top technical talent

  • Anticipate the company's future IT hiring needs and proactively build relationships with relevant candidates

  • Identify and prioritize organizational IT hiring requirements, in collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers to execute against strategic plan

  • Lead the full-cycle IT recruitment process, from sourcing through on-boarding

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and IT Hiring Managers to develop successful recruitment processes and strategies

  • Perform market research on the talent landscape, maintain a strong grasp of industry trends & competition, and share relevant information with peers

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates

  • Serve as an ambassador for Copart and our Talent Acquisition Team

  • 5+ years as a technical recruiter at a top tier recruiting agency or in-house talent team

  • Strong Experience in IT Recruiting. Preferably in the Software Engineering space (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.)

  • In-depth understanding of the IT business world and its related functions

  • Prior success identifying and recruiting top IT talent across all levels

  • Strong communication and building relationships

  • Excellent phone presence with strong communication and presentation skills

The Role Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients based in Fort Worth, TX while working remotely 3 days a week and in the Fort Worth office 2 days a week. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Accountabilities * Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements * Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner * Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies * Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process * Process Management & Sourcing * Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery * Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process * Candidate Relationship Management * Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition Skills & Experience Required Skills: * 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience * 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process * 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews * 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience * 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches * High School Diploma Preferred Skills: * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of full cycle recruitment in the engineering, manufacturing, or finance industry * 2+ years of experience with Lumesse TalentLink Applicant Tracking System Other So why not learn more about everything we have to offer?
