We are looking for an innovative and process oriented candidate to work with our IT Quality Management Team in the following three main areas: Process Improvement/Integration, Problem Management and EDMS Data Review and Updating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with and lead projects related to integrating core BMS processes.

o The intern will be lead a full project life-cycle to develop a new company process.

  • Perform IT Investigations and develop Correct/Preventive Action Plans.

  • Work as a member of a cross-functional team to drive root cause analysis and CAPAs.

  • Review EDMS data to ensure the process is driven to closure. Open items are reviewed and shepherded to completion or cancelled.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferred Majors: Technology, Sciences, Engineering

  • MS Office background preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in teams

  • Ability to switch priorities

  • Ability to lead virtual meetings

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be available for an internship that will run from June 2021- May 2022

  • Candidates must be available to be onsite at the BMS- Tampa, FL location for the year internship (Up to 40 hours per week in summer and up to 20 hours per week in fall & spring)

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled in school during the internship with a graduation date of May 2022 or later
