  • Responsible for managing Service Transition projects inclusive of new services introduction, new product / releases introduction, operational improvements and on-boarding new customer.

  • Develops project charters and statements of work (SOW) and obtains project sponsor/stakeholder buy-in for project initiation.

  • Defines and develops detailed project plans based on the given requirements and scopes.

  • Demonstrates best practices for developing schedules and understands the critical path.

  • Monitor project execution to ensure all obligations are met and drive projects to completion.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve conflicts and drive successful delivery of projects.

  • Manages expectations of project sponsor and stakeholder with timely communication/escalation of risks/issues, their impact, and mitigation/corrective actions.

  • Recommends corrective actions and implements changes.

  • Identifies and mitigates project risks. Owns resolution to any dependency or issue not being delivered by appropriate party.

  • Ensure all project documentations are completed and keep in the appropriate storage.

  • Familiar with waterfall and agile development methodologies and their associated quality assurance methods.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or a SaaS PPM Tool)

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus.

  • Able to simplify a complex situation and provide update accordingly.

  • PMI CAPM, a Certified PMP preferred, and ITIL will be an advantage.

The Digital Project Manager's primary function is to both lead and assist digital projects to ensure a timely completion within a defined budget. The topic areas of focus will include eCommerce, Partner Opportunity Management, APIs, Web, Digital Marketing, and customer software. The Project Manager should have an aptitude for developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, assigning staff resources, and ensuring adherence to project budgets. They will be responsible for improving website and digital tool performance through the rapid execution of key projects that contribute to key performance metrics. While knowledge of the topic areas is nice-to-have, most critical is a strong organizational approach, task management and communication skills. Responsibilities include: * Lead and guide teams in formulating project objectives, functional requirements and specifications * Assist in the development of business cases, Agile epics, features, stories or other requirement documents * Use Visio-or-similar process flowcharts, swim lanes and other graphical tools to display the customer experience * Manage end-to-end project scope, budget, resources, timeline, risks, issues and dependencies * Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and coordinate across all teams * Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and communicated to all appropriate teams * Understand revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections, and make decisions accordingly * Serve as the key resource for project information and resolve problems or questions * Generate and submit weekly and monthly status reports based upon the priority of projects * Work with numerous customer-facing teams to understand the customer experience * Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion Requirements: * Superior ability in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations and communication skills * Extreme focus on process, documentation and organization in all aspects of project planning * Ability to communicate concisely and accurately with technical teams, management teams and executives * Experience with conflict resolution, scope management, and issue & risk tracking processes * Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects with competing resource needs * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or the equivalent * 3 years of project management experience with demonstrated history of working in a B2B or B2C environment * 3 years prior experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordination across multiple departments * Understanding of basic web site design, user interface design principles, usability testing, and web technologies * Familiar with industry standard digital project management tools, methodologies and workflows * Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing. * Preferred but not required: Experience with Agile, Six Sigma or Lean certifications.
