This role will plan, implement, and deliver enterprise applications in different functional areas and across different platforms with focus on mobility and cross-device compatibility. The candidate will lead functional and non-functional quality assurance of enterprise applications, while leveraging automation capabilities of open source platforms such as Redwood HQ, Selenium, Java, NUnit, and JMeter.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional leaders in developing & enforcing technical standards, leading capacity management, managing OS support services, formalizing and improving IT support processes and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness of implementation & deployment of enterprise systems.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into specifications and business rules.

  • Produce Business Requirement Document (BRD), functional specifications and business process flows. Analyze and document systems architecture, OS compatibility and portability requirements.

  • Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application and all upstream and downstream systems. Manage changes and system improvements through appropriate change control process.

  • Participate in quality assurance testing and in user acceptance testing of new functionality and enhancements to existing code base. Create and review test cases and test plans with the project team. Lead functional and performance testing, track defects and coordinate releases.

  • Liaise with implementation and support teams on daily basis to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.

  • Provide user support and troubleshoot production incidents. Provide production support for global users operating in various geographies.

  • Additional projects/responsibilities as business demands


  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

  • PMP Certification desirable

  • 7+ yrs. of experience in project management in fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environments along with strong QA skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the areas of Mobility and automated Quality Assurance

  • Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, networking, security, exchange, PowerShell and mobile technologies.

  • Strong experience in Microsoft deployment tools and AirWatch deployment technologies

  • Experience with scripting Windows batch files, Python, and Microsoft VBA.

  • Working knowledge of Redwood HQ, Selenium, Java, NUnit, and JMeter

  • Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and iterative methodology such as Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile methodologies, concepts of Scrum and Sprint

  • Communication & Demonstration Skills - makes complex IT/technical issues accessible to business audience

  • Conceptual Thinking - demonstrates understanding of patterns and connections among different sets of data, business requirements and user tools

  • Enterprise perspective - takes a broad view of the organization beyond one's own function or role to the benefit of the whole enterprise

  • Planning & Process Orientation - applies best practices in project and process management to projects, programs and activities

  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting - approaches issues and problems by gathering relevant data/information, analyzing root cause, and generating solution alternatives; Strong data analysis skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, lead discussions and facilitate problem resolution

  • Ability to work with external vendors, brokers, data providers, and internal cross-functional teams

  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to build trust through collaboration

  • Proven business analysis and process change management experience

  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization and sound interpersonal skills to relationships

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Ability to anticipate risks and develop and execute appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Proficient in MS Office (including Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); JIRA, Confluence, SNow, UML, XML

  • Demonstrated success working under pressure and in a team environment

  • Ability to travel 25% of time
