About the Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the FRMS Software Development team in deploying software, maintaining the infrastructure, and assisting internal and external customers. More specific responsibilities will include developing and executing project plans to facilitate ongoing development and support projects. Some assignments will be strategic in nature, requiring you to exercise creativity, flexibility, self-motivation and initiative while conceptualizing the organization's vision. This position will afford you the opportunity to grow as a leader, strengthen your project management skills and demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written. There will be group speaking and presentation opportunities. You will work closely with and take guidance from the reporting manager(s) who will help develop and assess your professional growth.

The Financial & Risk Management Solutions business (FRMS) at Fiserv helps financial institutions optimize their use of and return on capital by making risk actionable and transparent within their organizations. Solutions are offered in multiple delivery modes including software products, customer-funded development, alliance services, consulting, ASP and hosted services. Key areas include:
Financial performance management solutions for budgeting and planning, financial accounting, and funds transfer pricing and profitability
Financial risk management solutions for credit, market and liquidity risk as well as asset/liability management
Financial crime risk management solutions for fraud and money laundering detection and mitigation
Financial control solutions for reconciliation, exception management and account certification
Solutions for ACH, treasury management, check capture, case management and resolution, float management, and enterprise content management (ECM)
Consulting services through the Payments Performance Management team

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1.Exercise basic project management activities
Develop plans and manage to delivery dates
Identify and track risks and issues
Perform risk mitigation planning
Manage stakeholder expectations
Plan and facilitate meetings
Report status and metrics

2.Effectively manage a portfolio of initiatives through self-motivation and decisive actions operating under general supervision with substantial latitude for independent actions and/or decisions

3.Support the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
As a steward for compliance and governance
As a resource for teams
As a custodian of metrics for the development teams to show the health of projects

4.Encourage the teams in Agile adoption and best practices.

5.Manage projects proactively and assertively, ensuring goals and milestones are met by rigorous follow through, clear thinking, and being unafraid to ask challenging questions.

Responsibilities:
Act as a responsible, articulate, and motivated Project Manager who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to drive success. Collect data and work with assigned resources to identify potential areas of improvement. Based on internal feedback, work with management to develop strategy for gaining operational efficiencies and increasing customer satisfaction. Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote a shared vision and actively manage to expected project outcomes. Proactively communicate project progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.

Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience working in an Agile development or software production environment managing projects and deployments
Experience with software/product development lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC)
Knowledge of (experience desired) software application deployments and promotion into development, testing, and production environments
Knowledge of (experience desired) Enterprise Agile methodology and concepts
Strong interpersonal skills to influence change, build consensus, and achieve objectives across functional teams
Solid decision-making and communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate status, key issues and resolution in manner appropriate to the audience
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, TFS, and/or VersionOne
Technically competent with various software programs including, but not limited to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow a plus
Experience with report writers/writing queries a plus
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired

You are responsible for (but not limited to) * Drive the development, training, testing and maintenance of the NA CCSC Business Continuity Plan. * Conduct Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment to identify critical processes and functions. * Mitigate risks and manage business disruptions by assembling contact information for staff, vendors and customers; identifying key equipment, supplies and support needed; developing countermeasures and alternate plans to be used during a business disruption; and developing and maintaining a system of communication to be used during an emergency. * During an emergency, notify leadership team and activate BCP if needed; assess and advise leadership team on the estimated length of time of the disruption; coordinate the return to normal operations. * After the recovery effort, review disruption; conduct PPS to drive continuous improvement; analyze the recovery procedures and make any necessary revisions to BCP. Report business disruptions on a monthly basis. * Promote and test the BCP to maintain and enhance awareness of BCM objectives within the NA CCSC. * Review BCP annually to ensure there are new deficiencies and/or vulnerabilities are addressed. * Train staff and leadership team on the content of the BCP to ensure all staff has basic familiarity with the plan, including communication and emergency preparedness strategies. * Execute assigned projects in compliance to the guidelines established in the CS Project Management Framework and any local adaptations You are a part of a team That manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * Bachelor's degree required.
