We are providing solutions for one of the largest needs in the Oil and Gas Software space. Quorum Software is at the forefront of Oil and Gas Software Technology. As the world is becoming increasingly connected so is the need for Quorum Software's solutions.

Our team is looking for a Project Management Intern to join us in Summer 2024. This position is great for an aspiring project management professional looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience.

As part of our team, you will work closely with IT and business professionals on projects while learning fundamental project management skills. The intern will be mentored and guided by members of the Quorum Software IT PMO team. This intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of project management.

Our employees currently work hybrid/in-office. Only candidates currently living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will be considered. Our teams collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you will feel like you are part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of remote work.

What You Will Do

• Use different PM technologies and tools to support the delivery of high-quality projects.

• Learn and adapt to different approaches depending on project requirements.

• Schedule and attend team meetings to record action items, next steps, and distribute meeting minutes.

• Track and facilitate project issue resolution, evaluate project risk, and execute mitigation plans.

• Identify and manage scope, constraints, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating, and drafting reports on project progress to stakeholders.

• And other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to Quorum Software

• Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student.

• Interest in a Project Management career.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Solid written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
