The ProjectLead of the ED/FSA ARMS Project is responsible for organizing, directing,and managing all aspects of development and operational support functionsinvolving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. This may requiremanaging teams of personnel at multiple locations.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

Providesoverall direction of program activities.
Servesas Project Manager/SCRUM Master while managing in an agile, rapid development,and prototyping environment.
RepresentsCPTS as point-of contact to help resolve issues and perform other functionsthat may arise relating to ARMS.
Managesand maintains relationship with the senior levels of the customer'sorganization.
Consultswith customer and CPTS personnel to formulate and review task plans anddeliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules andcosts and contractual obligations.
Leadsthe design and implementation of solutions leveraging Adobe AEM Sites.
Adviseson technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed goals.
Leadsdevelopment teams to design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates,tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.
Designsand improves internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution
Establishesand maintains technical reports to show progress of projects to management andcustomers.
Organizesand assigns responsibilities to subordinates, grooms them for additionalresponsibilities, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Educatesand trains staff to ensure that they are able to effectively communicate withexisting and potential customers.
Assumesthe initiative and provides support to marketing personnel in identifying andacquiring potential business.

Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:
Previous Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
Ability to apply analytic methodologies and principles to help define project objectives and strategic direction.
Superb oral and written communication skills.
Must have strong leadership skillsand experience working with key stakeholders.
Strongplanning and organizingskills
Ability to prioritizeand work effectively towards deadlines
Attentionto detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professionalmanner
Knowledge of, andability to work within, Agile development environments
