Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently owned document imaging and technology dealers in the nation Since 1976 we have grown to over thirty branches located in ten western states OR WA CA AZ NM NV UT ID CO & TX With over 40 years of success in office equipment and technology salesservice our growth and reputation have afforded us great relationships with top manufacturers such as Canon Sharp Konica Minolta HP Ricoh Lexmark and many more At Pacific Office Automation you will find an amazing technology company full of growth opportunities great benefits and passionate coworkers who aim to help you succeed Among our company goals we aim to be a long term employer That means providing employees with the training and certification they need to keep up with the fast changing technology of our office machines devices and software At POA we believe that all voices can and should be heard regardless of seniority or tenure Position Our established MSP is looking to add an experienced IT Project Coordinator to our Beaverton OR office Key Abilities Maintain and track project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation for technical projectsOrganize and facilitate stakeholder meetings capturing key actions decisions and technical requirementsPrepare and deliver presentations and technical documentation for meetings ensuring clarity of objectivesEnsure timely project delivery by adhering to established frameworks maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking technical milestonesIdentify assess and mitigate project risks and issues providing actionable solutions for technical challengesLead deployment projects for clients coordinating both internal technical teams and external resourcesCommunicate project plans technical priorities and change management strategies to stakeholders and technical staffDevelop and document processes for technical migrations including server migrations cloud services and system implementationsManage client relationships setting clear expectations during IT implementation and migration projectsEnsure successful project completion by delivering on time within budget and meeting client technical needsCollaborate with Technical Account Managers Sales Engineers and Project Engineers to align technical project goals and deadlinesMonitor technical progress and project status documenting key updates technical specifications and status reportsReview and analyze Statements of Work SOWs for technical projects and change requests ensuring accuracy and feasibilityContribute to the continuous improvement of technical project management methodologies and best practicesCoordinate technical training and mentorship among project teams and technical staffUtilize corporate project management tools to manage project lifecycle task assignments and resource tracking Required Skills Associate degree required Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT or a related fieldStrong understanding of networking terminology and conceptsProven experience providing user support for Windows operating systems and mainstream Microsoft applicationsHands on experience managing Office 365 or other cloud based platforms such as Google SuiteProficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory administrationExperience creating and implementing Group PoliciesPreferred Skills Experience working in a Managed Service Provider MSP environmentProficiency in Azure Cloud FundamentalsKnowledge of Windows Server and basic SQL conceptsCompTIA Network certification or equivalent networking knowledgeStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologiesFamiliarity with ConnectWise RMM and IT Glue for managing IT operations and documentationExperience using migration tools such as SkyKick or Exchange Migration Tool As an Employee at POA youll enjoy Advancement and growth into leadership rolesTeam player environmentMedicalDentalVisionLife insurance plansMatched 401kPTO Vacation Sick LeaveFSAHSA programsOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Pacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color national origin ancestry gender sexual orientation gender expression or identity age religion veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law We celebrate our employees differences because we know that diversity makes us stronger LI Onsite
