Carlisle Construction Materials is a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology. This internship is full time during the 2022 summer. The pay rate for this role is $15/hour. Intern must be available to work onsite through Mid May to August.
The Feedback Management System (FMS) housed inside CCM's CRM Microsoft Dynamics needs updated and enhanced to align with CCM 2025 goals and keep technology up to date for the benefit of CCM customer and Sales. The project will focus on updating the current workflows to MS Business Process Flows, adding Teams chat and calls functionality, new reporting KPIs and enhanced customer information.
The FMS is where CCM collects all customer impacting feedback and uses it to drive enhanced customer experience across multiple brands and divisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will take over day to day management of FMS beginning phases of project Elevate FMS
Coordinate communication between FMS and IT
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline process for all CCM brands
Keep project sponsors updated on progress
Make sure that IT and CS are meeting deadlines based on predetermined Project plan
Keep Requirements document up to date
Ensuring FMS monitors standard KPIs
Establish and implement
Prevent Scope creep
Manage Training and Communication Plans
Candidate will get a broad experience in Project Management, COS/Lean metrics, IT development lifecycles, Customer service best practices, Customer Experience measurements and Carlisle Customer Experience. The ability to learn a business inside and out in a very short period. Upon successful completion the candidate will have all of CCM cheering them on in future endeavors due to the major impact this project will have on CCM Operations. They will learn how to effectively manage a large cross functional project. Will have access to Project Management training as needed.
Currently pursuing higher education program with a specialization in business administration, project management, or other related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Desire to understand customer experience
Leading diverse teams
Interest and ability to learn the above
Must have experience with Microsoft Products preferably O365
Negotiation skills- assist team to reach consensus
