Must have: SAP (25%) and Oracle (75%)IT Project CoordinatorWe are looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative, and tenacious IT Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing project coordination expertise for several multi-year, high-profile programs and diverse IT projects. The PC should have experience in all aspects of the project lifecycle including effective communication, document management, task management and execution monitoring and control techniques. This role provides consistency and support to the entire Program and Project lifecycleQualification and Competencies:

• 10+ years of coordination experience
• Experience with Oracle and SAP
• Project baseline development including budget, schedule and scope
• Project change and decision management documentation development, distribution and approval tracking
• Project action tracking, communication, follow-up and support
• Program & Project status and financial reporting development, tracking and distribution
• Program & Project communications, meeting preparation and facilitation support and development/distribution of minutes
• Program & Project documentation tracking, archiving and maintenance of central repository
• Program & Project lookback and closeout development, feedback and recommendation documentation, distribution and acceptance tracking
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
