SAIC is seeking a motivated individual to provide information technology project management support. This individual may be responsible for managing several concurrent activities in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple organizations and IT domains.
Manage and track numerous IT contracts and licenses
IT Business Relationship Management with external customers and partners to ensure organizational success
IT asset tracking and property tracking of hardware and software
Coordinate IT tool trainings and external interactions/visits
Support IT Project and Service Managers and contribute to strategic IT Infrastructure projects
Communicate status of activities to various stakeholders
Develop streamlined end-to-end process and implement continuous service improvements to reap operational efficiencies
Bachelor's degree and 2 years or more of professional experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 2 years' experience with IT Service Management, IT customer service, and managing IT support tickets
Experience coordinating site visits, external visitors, organizing IT vendor/tool trainings and other similar events
Experience with IT property and asset tracking experience (hardware and software)
Experience in the development of processes and procedures
Experience with IT contract management and maintaining licenses & maintenance contracts
Experience w/ Confluence or other knowledge sharing product and MS Office
Active DOE L or Q security clearance to start.
