Summary of Responsibilities:
Partners with EPMT to manage multiple work streams that support Programs, servicing and operations within the organization.
Monitors and builds consistent reporting to measure success of managed program activities.
Identifies, analyzes and improves existing processes within the organization to meet new goals and objectives
Supports, leads and assists Technology department with requirements definition, project definition, project planning and project implementation
Acts as a liaison between business, other departments and vendors at all levels
Manages and maintains effective working relationships with all partners, key business managers and vendors
Assists with cost-benefit analyses and business cases to support new project proposals
Develops and maintains a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities
Liaises with Executive Management as well as leadership of all departments to facilitate the accomplishment of company goals
Special projects as requested
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum seven(7) years' experience in operations, business development, product management, business process analysis and/or project management; Prior management experience required
Excellent communication skills including at the C-Level.
Experience in finance (Auto, Revolving Credit, Unsecured Loans, and Mortgage industry required
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment
Some travel for short periods may be required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Extended working hours may be required by management and business needs.
Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
Corporate / satellite office role.
