What You'll Do

As part of the Global Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Platform Services team, you will be the key engagement point for our clients, bringing to bear your deep technical understanding of our platform technologies and services as well as software developer client technologies and requirements to align our offerings while driving adoption of Kubernetes, microservice-supporting service mesh and other foundational components. You will partner with clients to solve first-tier technical issues, assist with critical issues and facilitate cross-term forums and communications.

Who You Will Work With

You will be part of a small centralized team within the EPS organization and engage with a dynamic, forward-looking team of engineers, architects and project managers across multiple service provider teams in order to understand and help drive offerings and roadmaps. On the client side, you'll work with software engineers, architects and service owners to educate, engage and assist with technical discussions and issues.

Who You Are

You combine your 5-10 years of enterprise IT project management experience with your technical knowledge and experience in software development and cloud platforms to offer a unique perspective. Your well-honed verbal and written communications skills, together with facilitation acumen and a collaborative approach, allows you to influence and bring together diverse groups of people and develop positive relationships.

Your history demonstrates lifelong learning through PMP, SAFe, Agile and Cloud certifications. Prior software development skills required. Bachelor's degree required.

You will partner with the software product management and engineering teams to bring digital products to market. This is a highly partnering role spanning all operational functions, where you will represent operations in bringing all the relevant authorities, services and tools together to realize and maintain the customer experience. As CloudOps representative, you will support the documentation of Cloud Marketplace opportunities in Operations and Engineering in the adoption of Cloud NPI and Design for Cloud standard methodologies You will support the businesses' software monetization strategy into a unified model and document the model required to enable software purchasing and consumption. You will handle the data and lead changes to these products throughout the lifecycle including but not limited to: monetization, licensing, delivery, third party components, compliance and hosting. You will partner with the software businesses to identify areas for improvement and optimization of processes, cost, quality and delivery. You should have an understanding of the software industry, SaaS and Cloud delivery. You will act as consultant and need to understand order management and how software is consumed and monetized. The knowledge you gain and use on a day-to-day basis will be leveraged as part of the definition of launching a Cisco software product on a Cloud Marketplace and CCW. You will need to maintain an understanding of both your businesses' digital product roadmap and Cisco's internal operational tools, processes and requirements to continuously align requirements with internal systems. * Support Cloud Operations enablement process to drive new Cloud NPI capabilities into the business and encourage adoption, evolution and maturity of Cloud standard methodologies in product launches * Provide leadership in crafting and delivering new cloud-specific routes to market (Cloud Marketplaces, etc.) * Work as part of a new product development team to develop our software products and fulfillment processes. * Provide creative solutions to optimize Supply Chain Operations internal and external processes, policies, protocols, and tools to enable the best cost, quality, and delivery of Cisco products. * Assist with building, analyzing, and releasing product and process documentation. * Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Service and the Supply Chain Organization to understand & develop global fulfillment strategies. * Drive end-to-end orderability and user acceptance testing to ensure exceptional customer experience. * Learn about the different disciplines that make up the Cisco supply chain & how they work as a team to delivery elite products & solutions. Who You'll Work With As part of the Operations, Processes and Systems team, Supply Chain Operations at Cisco is a global organization with more than 4,000 employees in more than 50 locations around the world. Who You Are Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required.
