  • A seasoned Project or Program Manager, managing a project or program to provide a complete solution for a business partner(s)

  • Manages large sized projects or programs or a portfolio of small projects where there is significant complexity, visibility/priority and risk to the business

  • Plans, tracks and manages to success the projects to which they are assigned

  • Responsible for upkeep of project documentation

  • Establishes project scope with business representatives and project team

  • Facilitates requirements gathering sessions and documents functional requirements/specifications to capture business needs

  • Validates and obtains sign off from business representatives

  • Facilitates the relationship between stakeholders and project team to ensure accuracy of functional requirements/specifications for hand off to development and QA team

  • May lead the development of RFP/RFI process. Conducts feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyses for proposed projects as needed

  • Presents a recommendation related to project feasibility

  • Ensures appropriate involvement and integration of multiple teams and vendors as required

  • Develops project or program plans Manages resources, project or program schedule and budget to meet deliverables

  • Maintains all reporting requirements as needed

  • Actively manages the execution of the project, including assigning tasks to project staff, managing project scope and project finances, and ensures the quality of deliverables

  • Tracks and reports on project progress against defined requirements throughout the project lifecycle

  • Leads feedback sessions such as post-mortems and/or retrospectives

  • Interfaces with customers and management to manage expectations, provide status updates on project and discuss concerns

  • Is accountable for ensuring resolution of concerns/issues

  • May assume any role required by the project, including but not limited to QA

  • May provide input to manager on staff performance relating to technology but does not prepare or deliver reviews

What you ll need:

  • Typical candidates will possess 8+ years of relevant experience and BA/BS or equivalent experience; or MS and 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields is desired

  • PMP/Agile certification strongly recommended

  • Project Management experience in Financial IT Systems, such as ERP, Hyperion, Concur etc.

  • Experience in working with stakeholders in Finance, Tax, Procurement, Accounting and Treasury

  • Hands on experience using Microsoft product set including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Access

This position schedules, coordinates and assigns mediators to those cases ordered to dispute resolution through the Court Mediation Program. Work is performed under minimal supervision of the Civil Division Director. The core functions of this position are: (1) Coordination of the Mediation Program; (2) Case Management; (3) Prepare and Process Mediation Paperwork; (4) Maintain Statistical Information; (5) Other duties as assigned. Examples of Duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. (1) Coordination of the Mediation Program * Schedule family and county civil mediations * Contact and coordinate mediators * Contact parties involved in alternative dispute resolution * Arrange for appropriate meeting rooms * Attend Small Claims Court * Assist with the recruitment of new mediators * Coordination and training of volunteer mediators (2) Case Management * Attend small claims court * Screen, monitor and facilitate assigned cases through the appropriate tracks in the areas of: Family law County/small claims and Circuit Civil * Prepare statistical reports and disseminates to appropriate personnel * Assist with management and scheduling of the judges' and magistrates' hearing and trial dockets * Carry out case management plans * Provide support services to volunteer mediators (3) Prepare and Process Mediation Paperwork * File reports, orders and assignment with the Clerk * Draft and prepare orders (4) Maintain Statistical Information * Maintain data base for ADR and case management statistics * Enter statistical data * Prepare regular statistical reports for Civil Division Director * Travel throughout the circuit as assigned (5) Other Duties As Assigned Typical Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
