IT Professional 2 - Underfill IT Professional 3 (Network Administration)

The Position

Information Technology (IT) Professionals analyze, develop, implement, maintain, and modify computer operations, systems, networks, databases, applications, and/or information security. Incumbents may perform duties in one or more IT specialization areas depending on the needs of the agency.

Incumbents perform journey level duties and may serve as a lead worker to lower level IT staff as assigned. This is a supervisory level for the Computer Operations function.

This recruitment is for IT Professional 2 underfill for an IT Professional 3 position, located in Carson City, Nevada within the division of the OCIO, Client Services Unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.

This role would be responsible for user management, security configuration, workflow management, performance monitoring, technical support, documentation, and working to ensure all infrastructure is kept updated and patched.
