Boeing is seeking a IT Process and Compliance Analyst who is passionate about analytics and using data to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes. The person in this role will sit on the Boeing Stores' IT team and report to the Manager of Supply Chain Operations & IT.

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Manage databases, program SQL queries, and provide analytics' reports to stakeholders.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Manage, as the administrator, IT Issues' Tracker, SharePoint, and shared network access.
Process assessment and report creation.
Document all major processes and work streams.
Resolve IT issues reported by physical retail store managers and sales associates.

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

More than 1 year of Information Technology experience.
More than 1 year of experience programming in HTML, Visual Basic; experience with SAP Crystal Reports.
More than 1 year of experience supporting computing related hardware and/or software investigations.
Experience with SQL.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and instructions to non-technical individuals with ease and confidence.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to solve problems and think analytically.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment.
Strong investigative and research skills.
Strong knowledge of point-of-sale hardware.
Experience working with BI reporting tools, including Tableau
Project Management Professional Certification
Six Sigma Certification and/or Certified Kaizen Facilitator
